Our researchers visit ALL OF THE CODE OFFICES in each county as needed. This is what makes us different.

As of year-end 2017, we compiled data from 299 code offices in order to produce reports in 113 counties and the list is growing!

Be cautious of services that require a 1 year contract, mandatory bundles of counties, and won’t tell you the details about how, when, and where they compile their reports. That is the most common complaint we hear from our new subscribers! They have been burned by an inferior service. It’s an expensive lesson.

So, how are good leads free? Leads that are the current, accurate, and detailed will make money. Marketing done correctly is NOT an expense because it is profitable!
